Francis Patrick Donovan

Francis Patrick Donovan Francis Patrick Donovan, (1 February 1922 − 3 February 2012) was an Australian academic, lawyer, and diplomat. He served as Australian Ambassador and Permanent Representative to the OECD, and Ambassador and Special Trade Delegate to the United Nations Office at Geneva.
