Charles R. Eckert

Charles Richard Eckert (January 20, 1868 – October 26, 1959) was an American lawyer and politician who served two terms as a Democratic member of the U.S. House of Representatives from Pennsylvania from 1935 to 1939. Provided by Wikipedia
