Linda Gordon

Irene Linda Gordon (born January 19, 1940) is an American historian and professor who has written widely on 20th century social policy in the United States, with an emphasis on gender and family issues. She is a two-time recipient of the Bancroft Prize. Her best-known book is the 2009 biography, ''Dorothea Lange: A Life Beyond Limits''. Provided by Wikipedia
