Description
Summary:The aim of this paper is to analyze the enterprise collaborative phenomenon to innovate, its benefits and determinants. To do this, business innovation in Spain is contextualized, the term R&D collaboration is studied and defined, and the incentives to develop it are described . Furthermore, from the perspective of the Theory of Planned Behaviour, the determinants of intention to collaborate to innovate are presented, establishing a theoretical model that differentiates among attitude, subjective norms and control on collaboration for innovation, along with the conduct domains that affect them.
