Consequently, Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an issue of increasing importance that has to be controlled by managers currently. Moreover, strategically used, CSR can help a company to develop a competitive advantage. For instance, CSR can be a tool to attract talented foreign people. This project shall try to analyze in which ways the CSR program of a company might influence the attraction of a valuable international workforce.
