| Résumé: | Horticulture in Almería is one of the strategic sectors of the local and regional economy. By having the status of "strategic sector", it’s needed to keep an ongoing evaluation to detect possible problems. This paper analyzes the horticulture in Almería from a strategic standpoint, in order to know which are its strengths and weaknesses. By knowing the industry, we can identify potential crisis situations, know the origin of them and establish a standard operating plan for each case. |
